After the Quake

There had been cracks and tremors after the quake. I was in the epicenter of the disaster. Nobody predicted when it would happen, but it was pretty obvious that we are on the danger zone. There had been a casualty of one. I tried my hardest to rescue her from the debris. She was the one who got herself in that mess, she already accumulated the consideration that was generously bestowed upon her, the rescue team did their best to save her. They got her out from the rubble and she recovered from the incident but she was with not with them anymore. She was set to do something greater than being scrutinized, wherein she who will be more understood and appreciated. They let go of her. It had been decided that it is the just, objective and logical thing to do.
